Abstract |
INTRODUCTION The purpose of the this case study was to find the effect of conservative treatment and exercise rehabilitation program in acute shoulder dislocation associated with a fracture of greater tuberosity of the humerus. METHOD The subjects was forty eight-year-old female who fell down from stairs. The patient was received conservative treatment and exercise rehabilitation program. The exercise rehabilitation program was implemented progressively along with recovering ROM and strengthening exercise three times per week for 25 weeks. RESULTS Main results of the present study were higher improved KSSI index, radiological examination and shoulder instability in post than pre treatment. CONCLUSION Conservative treatment and exercise program were effective on a acute shoulder dislocation associated with a fracture of greater tuberosity of the humerus. |
