METHOD 294 in amateur referees registered in KFA participated in this study as subjects, were classified with level 1 referee group(90), level 2 referee group(47) and level 3 referee group(157). Data processing did descriptive statistics or frequency analysis using SPSS 18.0 ver. program for windows for all items. For comparison between groups, as long as specific items, one-way analysis of variance and cross analysis were tried, to confirm variables that affect occurrence of musculoskeletal pain, logistic regression analysis was executed. RESULT For the incidence, intensity and difficulty of daily life of pain, Significantly, level 1 referee group record statistics higher than in the other groups, occurred part tend to concentrate on knee joint?ankle joint?hamstring?calf muscle. CONCLUSION Because, unlike the players that take place physical contact, the referees repeat specific movement to long-term, they have high occurrence risk. The results of this study also state that the seriousness of the item related to incidence of pain and pain of experienced level 1 referee group be higher significantly than other groups. For logistic regression analysis, it is confirmed referee's level rather than age is significant factor to cause pain.
Therefore, production and dissemination of special training programs are needed to prevent referee's pain. |
