| Abstract |
INTRODUCTION
In order to guarantee the basic rights of citizens, promote national Health, activate health care services, and promote kinesiologist’s status, this study showed licensure of kinesiologist by amended national health promotion act. Moreover, this study includes some contents for giving foundation of proposal of some amended legislative proposals in human promotion acts. [MAIN ISSUE] The job market for physical education leaders would be healthy people.
There are no kineisiologists specializing in clinical patients helping them with. It has deprived these patients’ rights to health as well as the right to pursue their happiness. Exercise is connected directly with people’s health.
Furthermore, exercise has been recognized as one of the essential components of national health promotion service for disease prevention and medical cost savings. Therefore, the Ministry of Health and Welfare should introduce the concept of kinesiology to the public and include this concept among national health care services to prepare foundation to promote exercise leading service. To provide successful exercise service to people, through increasing safe exercise, inducing effective motivation, maximizing outcome, well trained professional leaders will be needed. Therefore, the Ministry of Health and Welfare should promote the concept of kinesiology and provide information about health promotion act for the legislation for kinesiology. Kinesiologists provide information about exercise, leading health and safety, counseling exercise to healthy people and patients. They also would access strength, endurance, and anthropometric measurement and functional test, program exercise, lead personal or group exercise and training, and provide exercise safety and administration, all of which are highly related with national health promotion and activation of health care service.
CONCLUSION
To guarantee the right of health and pursuing happiness and to enlarge kinesiologist’s profession, the Ministry of Health and Welfare with the support of kinesiologist should promote the legislation of the Health Promotion Act. This is professional stand position as experts, who are ready for ubiquitous multi industry area will give new markets and new future for physical education leaders. |
