Abstract

INTRODUCTION
This study is provided of Reactive Neuromuscular Training and BapsTrampoline training performance to balance ability, isokinetic muscle function with compare as well as is improved of exercise ability with training methods.
METHOD
Subjects 20 peoples divided in two group(Reactive Neuromuscular Training group: 10, Baps-Trampoline Training group: 10) in this study. All subjects measured Balance ability(anterior/posterior, medial/lateral Static & Dynamic balance) and Isokinetic Muscle Function(60o/sec PeakTorque/BW).
RESULT
Anterior /Posterior Static & Dynamic(right, left) were not significant, Medial/Lateral Dynamic balance(right) were significant. 60o/sec Peak Torque/BW were significant on flexion(left).
CONCLUSION
8 weeks Reactive Neuromuscular & Baps-trampoline training had proved right-foot to dynamic balance and left-foot to flexor in improvement affirmative effect.
