New Instructional Objectives of Physical Education Leader in Korea

Abstract

INTRODUCTION
At present time when the social demand, high prediction, expertise, and identity of the study field for health is setting the best attention, establishing instruction objectives is the most important to get recognition it's professionality and secure social? economic status and legal status of physical education leaders. It is hard to classify the type of physical education leader because of its extensiveness and diversity. However, it can be divided into physical education teacher or coach at school, instructor at society, and instructor at elite team in a narrow sense. It is recommended for physical education leaders to get qualification of general leaders for various part of sports such as school, sports for all, and elite field before being a professionals in one field. In case of certification for physical education leaders, segmentation into professional field depends on speciality needs to be followed by integrating based on academic background. Once this qualification structure is recruited, general course as a common course will not only expending physical education leader's range of work but widening specific knowledge and technology field to learn. Also, professional course will offer qualified exercise service to the various field by raising up professionals of different part.
CONCLUSION
Instruction objectives and range of work of new physical leaders should be very comprehensive as the name means. Role of physical education leaders is the accomplishment of one's task as an exercise professionals in various field such as education, culture, leisure, health, medical service, and industry. Therefore, range of work must include managing health and fitness of the public, coaching athletes, supervising facilities and safety in spite of the adverse condition and instruction objectives should be associated with this. If qualification structure and instruction objectives mentioned above are reestablished, it will be the footstone which cultivates professionals and protect rights by running workshop, organizing association, protecting one's right, effectively managing qualification system, and supporting to find the job. At the same time, it will be the origin which increases autonomy and unifies of physical education field as well.
